Spokz People

Spokz People are a non profit organisation who support people with disabilities. Spokz people website was original on Square space, but the client found that this was causing a lack in customisation. After meeting with the client and discussing their website needs the decision was made to bring the website over to WordPress. Once I had set up the WordPress site I then created a custom members area which uses gravity forms to create logins and take subscription payments, the site also has Buddy press which was then customised to suit the clients needs. The sites members only areas has been built using custom post types, WordPress login hooks and custom fields. The pages are built using wpbakery builder which I wrote a documentation and trained the client on how to use as their request was a drag and drop page editor for their ongoing content updates. This is a website which is using a child theme to allow for the heavy customisation. My aim for this site with having a Buddy Press was to have as little plugins as possible.
